Dr. McIntosh is the Director of Clinical Knowledge Management responsible for development of Company-wide, evidence-based order sets and clinical content for Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation that support and embed evidence-based practice and regulatory standard compliance. She was previously the Director of Pharmacy Services and RPD at Sumner Regional Medical Center. Dr. McIntosh earned a BS in Biology and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Mercer University. She completed a Primary Care Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Gainesville, FL.
Dr. McIntosh is currently serving as the PGY1 Residency Program Director for the Lifepoint Health Pharmacy Informatics Residency program. She is an affiliate faculty member of Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy where she previously precepted a practice management rotation. She joined the Lifepoint Health Support Center in January 2022 coming from Sumner Regional where she had been since 2006. Although her current role is in corporate knowledge management, she continues to remain engaged in all aspects of clinical care. In addition to experience with Lifepoint Health, Hollie has held roles as Pharmacy Director, Assistant Hospital Administrator, AVP of Clinical, Quality and Compliance, Clinical Coordinator and Clinical Specialist.
