Dr. Drew Lewis is currently the Director of Pharmacy Revenue Optimization at Lifepoint Health in Brentwood, TN. As part of the Revenue Integrity team, Dr. Lewis supports Lifepoint Health and its 65+ hospital sites across the country to establish and maintain accurate drug billing and coding as required by CMS regulations and contracted payers.  Dr. Lewis works with local Directors of Pharmacy and the LifePoint Informatics team to perform pharmacy formulary and charge audit reviews. In addition, Dr. Lewis collaborates with pharmacy operations, managed care, and revenue cycle teams to identify areas to further optimize pharmacy revenue throughout the enterprise.

Dr. Lewis serves as a preceptor for both pharmacy students and pharmacy residents. Previously, Dr. Lewis served as the Clinical Informatics Pharmacist at Sumner Regional Medical Center and received his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Science in Health Care Informatics degrees from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN.
